It is already referees alarm for Napoli.
If in Pescara was a comedy, in Genova we have seen a horror movie. Someone thought that it was a volleyball match, so, he touched the ball with the bagher, someone confused the football pitch for a tatami, where to practice judo.
Damato’s opinion, is that referees have to judge according their own opinion, and not according the rules.
And Sarri, is his protest a desperate request for help, is it a guilty attempt to do the manager, that is not its competence, or is it the protest against the absent club?
De Laurentiis, schizophrenic man, who in China, organised a protest against Mazzoleni who gave the italian Super Cup to Juventus. He left the team in the locker room during the awards ceremony! But now, he almost reprimands his coach, perhaps guilty to overdo a bit too much. What has changed since then?
The Post match
I imagine. Damato satisfied with himself, the mistakes done against Napoli, are not problem for his career. Sarri who looks for the nonexistent strong man, able to complain about Damato, and seeks his absent president… Finally De Laurentiis, who before returning to sleep in the Chinese night, thinks that, maybe, for winning something, it is better to choose a low profile, that of “we do not discuss the referee”. Andhe thinks that his coach must stay calm.
In this story, everyone is a little right. Such as Damato, because if he makes mistakes against Napoli, it occurs nothing. Such as Sarri, who talks about umpires that do not whistle, and is the only person who always deals with the media. Perhaps De Laurentiis is also right, his opinion is that the coach has to train, and not to do the manager. And because the team is strong, and if no one realize it, you might even win. I mean too much noise, would allow to take steps … to avoid the Napoli’s victory, because some absent-minded man could realize how truly worth the Napoli team.
It is not possible that everyone is right,
The ones who are wronged? The Napoli’s footballers. Although they are well paid, they are basically kids who enjoy hitting a ball. They must be loyal sportsmen by accepting any result and they must surrender to the stronger.
They must surrender to the referee.

Gli arbitri, é già allarme per il Napoli.
Se, in quel di Pescara é stato un film comico, a Genova abbiamo assistito ad un film horror. Tra chi crede di giocare a volley, sentendosi in diritto di addomesticare il pallone con un bagher, e chi scambia il campo di calcio per un tatami, dove praticare judo.
Per il buon Damato, fare l’arbitro significa valutare, manco fosse un critico d’arte, e non applicare il regolamento.
E Sarri, il suo appello é stato una disperata richiesta di aiuto, un colpevole sconfinamento nell’area dirigenziale, non di sua competenza, oppure una velata protesta nei confronti della società, poco presente?
De Laurentiis, schizofrenico, é quello che in Cina, mise in scena una teatrale protesta contro Mazzoleni che consegnò la Supercoppa alla Juventus. Lasciò la squadra negli spogliatoi durante la cerimonia di premiazione! Ora invece, quasi bacchetta il proprio allenatore, reo di essersi forse allargato un po’ troppo. Cos’è cambiato da allora?
Il dopopartita
lo immagino così. Damato soddisfatto del proprio arbitraggio, tanto il torto lo ha fatto al Napoli, nessun problema per la propria carriera. Sarri che cerca quella inesistente figura di dirigente per confrontarsi, alla quale chiedere di intervenire sull’arbitraggio. E sconfortato, entra in takle sul presidente. Infine De Laurentiis, che prima di tornare a dormire nella notte cinese, pensa che paradossalmente, per vincere qualcosa, sia meglio scegliere un basso profilo, quello del “noi non discutiamo gli arbitraggi”. E pensa che il proprio allenatore debba stare al suo posto.
In questa storia, hanno tutti un po’ ragione. Ha ragione Damato, perché sbagliare contro il Napoli non porta rogne. Ha ragione Sarri, a sollevare il problema dei fischietti che non fischiano. L’unico e solo a confrontarsi con i media, sempre. Ha forse ragione pure De Laurentiis, per il quale l’allenatore deve allenare, e non fare il dirigente. Per il quale la squadra è forte, e se nessuno si accorge di questo, zitti zitti si potrebbe anche vincere. Intendo dire che fare l’ammuina, potrebbe portare qualche distratto, a realizzare quanto veramente valga la squadra Napoli, ed a prendere provvedimenti…che le impediscano di vincere.
Non è possibile che abbiano tutti ragione,
qualcuno deve pur aver torto! Qui, gli unici ad avere torto sono i calciatori del Napoli. Seppur professionisti lautamente pagati, sono fondamentalmente ragazzi che si divertono a dare calci ad un pallone. Devono essere sportivi, accettare il risultato del campo ed arrendersi al più forte.
Devono arrendersi all’arbitro.
