This is not the real Napoli, no, it’s not.
This team has a striker able to score 36 goals in less, lost his heir because of an injury, and at the moment, it has to renounce to the other striker of the team, who is not even a real attacker. I refer to the Argentinian, to Milik and to Gabbiadini. Sarri has to work with an abnormal attack of miniature footballers. They look like the copy of themselves, they look like the small statues we see in Via San Gregorio Armeno, the historical neapolitan street of the nativity scenes. These small men are however able to give satisfactions and what a satisfactions!
This team lost the defense leader whose recovery times have unfortunately lengthened. We refer to Albiol who maybe today will return to training with the group. Definitely absent against Juventus, perhaps even against Besiktas.
This team has players that you are not esprimenndo to their levels,
or at least to the levels of last season. We refer for example to Hjsay. Great, his last year in Napoli. At the time, instead, he has few difficulties. We do not know yet which footballer he is, if the one seen last season, the one we are seeing now, or something in between. Only time will tell it.
We refer also to Jorginho, everyone requested him in the Italian team in occasion of the last European competition. Instead now, many would like to see him on the bench in favor of Diawara. We know the Italo-Brazilian a little better, and we are certain that the real Jorginho is that of the 2015/2016 season. We expect his return to its better performance levels.
Then there is Allan, the engine of the midfield, this year tends sometime to turn himself off. To tell the truth, the continuity does not seem to be his better quality. Maybe we must get used to a footballer who goes to intermittently
Finally Insigne. Last year scored and donated assists to his teammates, but today is a sad footballer. Off the pitch because of the increase of salary and of the new agreement which do not arrive, at least according to what are the expectations of the Neapolitan footballer and his agents, but also on the pitch.
This is not the real Napoli.
The real Napoli is what we will see when they will be recovered the injured footballers, and when those who have made the recent history of the team, will recover the optimum fit. Yet, despite this, we are third in the standings. Only four points behind the leader, and in line with what we had done at this point of the season last year, but with the Europa League in less, and more the Champions…
All these reasons make us optimistic about the future. Saturday for example, you never know,
you could make a joke to the hated Juve!

Non è questo il vero Napoli, no, non lo è.
Questa squadra ha un capocannoniere da 36 goals in meno, ha perso il suo erede per infortunio, ed al momento deve fare a meno anche dell’altro attaccante in rosa, che proprio attaccante non è. Mi riferisco in ordine, all’argentino, a Milik ed a Gabbiadini. Ci si arrangia così con un attacco anomalo di calciatori in miniatura, sembrano la riproduzione di loro stessi, sembrano i pastori che vediamo in Via San Gregorio Armeno, storica strada napoletana del presepe. Questi piccoletti sono comunque capaci di dare soddisfazioni, e lo stanno facendo!
Questa squadra ha perso il leader della difesa, i cui tempi di recupero si sono sfortunatamente allungati. Ci riferiamo ad Albiol che forse oggi ritornerà ad allenarsi con il gruppo. Sicuramente assente contro la Juve, forse anche contro il Besiktas.
Questa squadra ha calciatori che non si stanno esprimendo ai loro livelli,
o quantomeno ai livelli della stagione scorsa. Ci riferiamo ad esempio ad Hjsay. Grande annata la sua ultima nel Napoli. Al momento però, balbetta un pò. In realtà non sappiamo ancora quale calciatore lui sia, se quello visto la stagione scorsa, quello che stiamo vedendo ora, o una via di mezzo. Solo il tempo ce lo dirà.
Ci riferiamo anche a Jorginho, che tutti volevano in Nazionale all’ultimo Europeo, e che ora in tanti vedrebbero bene in panchina a favore di Diawara. L’italo-brasiliano lo conosciamo un pò meglio, e siamo certi che il vero Jorginho sia quello della stagione 2015/2016. Aspettiamo che torni ai suoi livelli di rendimento.
C’è poi Allan, il motore del centrocampo che quest’anno tende a spegnersi di tanto in tanto. A dire la verità, la continuità non sembra essere il suo forte. Forse è il caso di abituarsi ad un calciatore che va ad intermittenza
Infine Insigne. L’anno scorso segnava e dispensava assists, oggi invece è un calciatore triste. Lo è fuori dal campo per un aumento dell’ingaggio che tarda a venire, almeno secondo che quelle che sono le aspettative del calciatore napoletano e dei suoi agenti, ma anche e soprattutto dentro al campo.
Questo non è il vero Napoli.
Il vero Napoli è quello che vedremo quando saranno recuperati i calciatori infortunati, e quando coloro i quali hanno fatto la recente storia della squadra azzurra, recupereranno la forma ottimale. Eppure, nonstante ciò, siamo terzi in classifica. A solo quattro punti dalla capolista, ed il linea con quanto avevamo fatto a questo punto della stagione, lo scorso anno, ma con una Europa League in meno, ed una Champions in più, che non è poco.
Tutti questi motivi ci rendono ottimisti sul futuro, già da quello più prossimo. Sabato infatti chissà,
si potrebbe tentare lo sgambetto all’odiata Juve!
