“La squadra ha dato una grande risposta. Vincere a Cagliari dopo il dispendio nervoso di Champions League non era semplice. Nelle scorse settimane sentivo dire che il Napoli era in difficoltà fisiche, ma io invece sapevo che stavamo benissimo. Lo si nota adesso perché stanno arrivando i risultati, ma il Napoli ha sempre avuto un alto rendimento come prestazioni. Il risultato è netto, ma il Cagliari in casa sinora ha conquistato ben 16 punti sui 20 che ha in classifica. Significa che questo è un campo difficile. A questo aggiungiamo l’orario bizzarro delle 12:30, e le scorie che potevamo avere per le energie profuse martedì. Per questo ribadisco che oggi i ragazzi hanno dato una grande prova di sacrificio, forza ed equilibrio“.
Ed ancora: “Oggi ho cambiato 5 giocatori per dare maggiore freschezza, però è come se avessimo visto la stessa squadra di Lisbona come prestazione, e per me questi sono segnali importanti.
