Il calcio fa male…almeno fatto in un certo modo ed a certi livelli. Così sembrerebbe, analizzando ad esempio la carriera di Sacchi. Uno dei pochi allenatori della storia che ha inventato qualcosa. Un rivoluzionario, uno che lavorava 25 ore su 24, ossessivamente. Dopo l’epopea con il Milan ed il passo indietro fatto con la nazionale Italiana, la quale non giocò il gran calcio a cui ci abituò la squadra rossonera, si consumò lentamente. Troppo stressante per lui allenare.
Ora le dichiarazioni di Pep Guardiola. Superfluo ricordare le sue vittorie e raccontare il suo essere professionista. Queste le sue parole: “Non intendo allenare fino a 60-65 anni. Resterò qui al City per tre stagioni o forse di più. Ma sento che mi sto avvicinando alla fine della mia carriera”.
Guardiola come Sacchi. Gente che il calcio lo respira e lo ha respirato come fosse ossigeno. Pep che come Arrigo, rischia di consumarsi presto.
Sarri ricorda i suoi più illustri colleghi o ex colleghi, per il modo in cui fa giocare le proprie squadre. Ed anche lui è uno che il calcio lo respira. Speriamo non si consumi presto, o almeno egoisticamente, speriamo si consumi solo dopo aver inanellato una serie di successi con il Napoli.
