Queste, alcune delle sue parole: “Altre società possono permettersi tanto, noi siamo uno dei pochi club europei di livello in mano ad una famiglia, non a multinazionali o cinesi e quant’altro. Il nostro presidente fa anche troppo, competere con certe realtà è quasi impossibile. Mi piacerebbe lavorare con questi ragazzi, i più giovani hanno margini, mi riferisco a Milik, Zielinski, Hysaj, Diawara, Rog, tutti tra i 19 ed i 21 anni. Non è semplice neanche quello, quando esplodono arrivano delle offerte e diventa difficile trattenerli. Avere continuità con questi, sarebbe già tanto. Lavorare con loro per 2-3 anni consecutivi“.
