Chinese Fair Play. Will it work?

In Italy, but also in Europe, Napoli is one of the few clubs that respects the Financial Fair Play.

Clubs often use stratagems to get around it, often succeeding. Apart from being a mockery of those who respects it, it is also unfair from a purely sporting point of view.
