The captain has to find the right weight in his own team.
It is what he said to Radio Rai Marcello Nicchi. The president of the Italian referees (AIA) announced an original proposal in order to avoid the many protests towards referees during matches.
Here are his words: “I will propose that every time footballers protest towards referees, yellow card not only for who complains, but also for the captain. The captain has to find the right weight in his own team, even on the pitch“.
If this proposal was accepted, we wonder how many matches he would play Buffon a championship.

Chi porta la fascia deve ritrovare il giusto peso nel proprio gruppo.
E’ ciò che ha detto ai microfoni di Radio Rai Marcello Nicchi. Il presidente dell’Associazione Italiana Arbitri (AIA), ha annunciato un’originale proposta per evitare le tante proteste degli arbitri durante le partite.
Ecco le sue parole: “Proporrò che ogni volta in cui si forma un capannello venga ammonito non solo chi protesta, ma anche il capitano. Chi porta la fascia deve ritrovare il giusto peso nel proprio gruppo, anche all’interno del terreno di gioco con i propri compagni”.
Se passasse tale proposta, ci chiediamo quante partite a campionato giocherebbe Buffon…
