Il presidente del Napoli, come spesso fa, ha tirato in ballo il mondo del cinema paragonandolo a quello del calcio. Ad Hollywood, afferma Adl, non sono i presidenti, bensì gli attori a pagare i propri agenti. Secondo lui, i procuratori stanno oramai diventando una tassa da pagare, e rovinano i propri assistiti qundo gli propongono contratti più ricchi in altre squadre. Ciò influisce sul loro rendimento in campo. Ricorda De Laurentiis che il ruolo poco chiaro dei procuratori per ciò che concerne i trasferimenti dei giocatori, è emerso dallo scandalo tangenti raccontato dal Daily Telegraph. Lo scandalo che ha portato al licenziamento dell’allenatore della nazionale inglese, Sam Allardyce.
Non si è fatta attendere la risposta dell’Assoagenti che valuterebbe l’ipotesi di adire alle vie legali.
Secondo l’associazione, sono spesso gli stessi presidenti a cercare i procuratori ed ad avvalersi della loro collaborazione. Gli conferiscono infatti mandato, per risolvere problemi di natura tecnica e contrattuale dei calciatori, per favorirne l’acquisto. E diremmo noi, decisamente lauto. Per l’Assoagenti, non è una fredda questione economica, non è vero che i procuratori propongano esclusivamente contratti più ricchi in altre squadre. Per i propri assistiti, loro aspirano ad ottenere il miglior risultato, soprattutto a livello personale, familiare e tecnico.
Parole dure, quelle di De Laurentiis. Una battaglia contro il sistema che dura da sempre, da quando cioè si è avvicinato al mondo del calcio ed ha conosciuto l’ambigua, a volte, categoria dei procuratori.
