Pepe Reina and PEPE REINA
Until three years ago, about Pepe Reina, if someone had just thought a thing like that,

Sino a 3 anni fà, di Pepe Reina, se qualcuno avesse solo pensato
una cosa del genere, sarebbe stato accusato di essere un folle. Ebbene, a 3 anni di distanza, la domanda è pertinente. Ricordiamo il primo anno quasi perfetto, del portiere spagnolo. Ricordiamo poi qualche indecisione, l’anno del ritorno dopo la parentesi a Monaco di Baviera. Infine, la stagione in corso, quella appena iniziata, dove contiamo 1, o forse 2 “errori” già commessi. Ad oggi tali errori non sono stati decisivi, ma sarà sempre così?
Sia chiaro, Pepe é leader sia in campo che fuori, é il vero regista della difesa partenopea, con la quale dialoga grazie a due piedi “educati”. Si potrebbe affermare che la quasi totalità delle azioni del Napoli inizino proprio dal portiere azzurro. Forse, al netto di qualche errore, la bilancia tra danni e benefici, pende ancora dalla parte di questi ultimi. Potrebbe trattarsi semplicemente di un periodo negativo. Non vogliamo neppure pensare all’eventualità che per Reina sia già iniziata la parabola discendente, come puoi leggere qui, Pepe ha solo 34 anni!
Nel frattempo però, cerchiamo un valido sostituto…per il futuro. O forse guardando alla panchina, già lo abbiamo trovato? Mi riferisco a Sepe. Ai posteri l’ardua sentenza.
