Dopo la partita ci siamo incontrati, squadra e presidente, ed abbiamo festeggiato. È stato fantastico, ho provato un’emozione fortissima al fischio finale della partita con il Frosinone. Ora sono triste per aver lasciato Napoli, dove ho incontrato amici veri ed una città meravigliosa che porterò per sempre nel cuore. Non c’è mai stata la concreta possibilità che io rimanessi a titolo definitivo al Napoli. Ho fatto un’esperienza importante e sono tornato al Chelsea, non so se vi rimarrò. Peccato, per me sarebbe stato bello restare al Napoli dove ho legato con tutti. Peccato, quando c’era da fare qualche punto in più, siamo stati sfortunati ed abbiamo detto addio allo scudetto.
