The president of the Polish federation: “With them we would have been much stronger”
CRACOVIA (POLAND) – A defeat to the first against Slovakia and a pair in extremis against Sweden. Poland is one step away from the exclusion of the European Under 21.
Zibì Boniek, president of the federation, knows that his country would be stronger with Milik and Zielinski, who Napoli denied by exercising its right:
“With them we would have been stronger, but we can not weep on it. We also suffered because being qualified as host country we did not play official games for two years. The striker resumed but then Napoli finding Mertens who did extraordinary things. Zielinski is a wonderful, simple guy who loves football. It can grow so much, for us it will be decisive.”
